How do I return an item?
We want you to feel confident in your purchases. Therefore, we offer a worry-free guarantee on all of our products.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace or refund that item at no cost to you if returned within 30 days after receipt.
To return or exchange an item, simply email us at contact@mantraenterprise.com Include your name, address, order number and let us know if you want to exchange the item or if you just want a refund. We will then assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and let you know where to ship the item freight collect. Items must be returned in their original packaging in the condition in which it was received within 30 days of receipt.
